Hello! My name is Sheri Hofling and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in Evergreen, Colorado, and the owner of Mountain Therapeutic Massage, LLC.
Massage has been an integral part of my life since I was a young adult coping with debilitating anxiety and panic disorders. When I received my first massage decades ago, I was amazed at how the experience seemed to unplug and reset my entire nervous system. I never imagined this was possible! Massage became a regular and critical component of my stress management and wellness routine.
I wanted to share this gift with others, since I knew countless people suffered like I did, and I dreamed of becoming a massage therapist someday. It took many years, but eventually I built up the courage to leave the relative security of my corporate career and take a chance at pursuing my passion. I call it my "mid-life career change."
I graduated from the Colorado School of Healing Arts and have training and experience in Swedish massage, sports massage, deep tissue massage, prenatal massage, neuromuscular and trigger point therapy, and hot stone massage. I've also obtained continuing education (CE) certificates in cupping therapy, assisted stretching, and Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage. What’s more, I love learning and growing, so I continue to expand my knowledge base with new skills and modalities. Local and Denver-area residents may recognize me from TallGrass Aveda Spa & Salon, where I worked for over a year.
My private practice, called Mountain Therapeutic Massage, is located in the heart of Evergreen, Colorado. I also provide in-home massage for residents of Evergreen and Genessee. I bring the table and supplies, and offer great discounts if you already have a massage table of your own and also for the second person receiving a massage during the same visit.
I am here to support my clients on their unique journeys to health and wellness, and I am very grateful to be doing such rewarding work.
