Massage Table Info

Upon request, I can bring a massage table for our initial session but, should you decide to continue, you must have your own massage table.

Your massage table must be intended for massage (and not, for example, an inversion table) and have an attachable face cradle headrest instead of (or in addition to) a face hole within the table. See the list below for examples. Contact me if you are unsure.

Like any product, massage tables can vary in price, quality and features, from as little as $80 to well over $1000. You don't need anything fancy, just something that's relatively inexpensive but sturdy enough for home use, which you can usually find for under $200.

Please note: The purpose of this page is to recommend relatively low-cost tables. If you are interested in a high-end table, I would simply refer you to the websites of the most reliable and well-known brands, which are Custom Craftworks, OakworksEarthlite and Master Massage.

See the list below for examples of what to look for.

Also consider checking your local listings for used massage tables.

Related policies:

For in-home services, the therapist must approve of the table, and the client is responsible for storage, maintenance and upkeep of the table. The therapist is not liable for any injury caused by structural failure of the table or any other dissatisfaction related to the table.

You are also responsible for laundering your own sheets, which I can provide (while supplies last) or you can purchase your own if you prefer (any twin set will do.)
